On February 28, 2025, Vice-Rector for Study Process, Professor Sopiko Tevdoradze, Dean of the School of Law and Politics, Associate Professor Tatia Dolidze, Head of Student and Alumni Relations and Career Support Service, Mr. Mate Tsulaia, and Head of Information Technology Service, Mr. David Donghvani met with students who were enrolled at GIU on a mobility basis for the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

The meeting aimed to familiarize new students with the rules and regulations related to the university's academic process, including administrative and academic registration, use of material and technical resources, participation in exchange programs, recognition of acquired education and ECTS, evaluation system and form, periodic surveys, examination, resit, additional examination, retake of a subject, practical activities, and the protection of bachelor's or master's thesis.
