The Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) project "Leadership and Motivating the People" was launched on March 9 by the University of Coventry in the United Kingdom.
The initiative includes representatives from the United Kingdom, Georgia, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Ghana, and Vietnam.
The following are the project leaders:Dr. Fouad Alame – ALAME; Prof. Fred Lemke – Vlerick Business School; Dr. Alexandre Metreveli – Coventry University; Mrs. Mary Crossan – Coventry University; Prof. SofoTevdoradze – GuramTavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University; Mr. Peter Waring Lei – IBA International Business Academy; Ms. Camille Smith-Tardy - MADE iN Sainte-Marie Lyon; Dr. IanaOkhrimenko – Lazarski University; Mrs. Maren Hartstock – University of Bremen; Dr. Piyya Muhammad Rafi-ul-Shan – Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Sofiko Tevdoradze, Professor, Head of the Undergraduate Program in Tourism, and Head of the Rector's Office at the GuramTavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University, is one of the project's leaders.
Participants will get the opportunity to learn about the essential attributes that can aid in the development of an inspiring leader phenomenon as part of the project.
The programme is limited to students from Georgia's GuramTavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University.
Participants were given assignments after the first workshop.
The project will come to a close on March 13th.
It's worth noting that our University students will receive Coventry University Certificates following completion of the project.
