Today, on December 25, 2020, Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University hosted the participants and guests of the International Student Photo Contest online and named the winners.

Rector of Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University, Professor Giorgi Matiashvili welcomed the contestants, jury members and guests.

A brief overview of the idea of ​​the competition, its implementation, the contestants and the competition works was made by the Head of the Organizing Group, Head of the University Journalism Program, Professor Marine Vekua.

According to him, more than sixty contestants took part in the photo competition and about 300 works from Georgia, the United States, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Ukraine were presented.

Mrs. Eli Elisashvili, Executive Director of Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University wished success to the contestants.

The competition was summed up by a competent jury, which consisted of: Mrs. Zeinab Barnov and Messrs. Kote Gabrichidze, Badri Vadachkoria, Guram Tsibakhashvili, Sergo Edisherashvili and Avtandil Gasviani.

"Artistic Photo" - Giorgi Abuladze (TSU College of Media and Television Arts)

"Photo Story" - Davit Javakhishvili (Tbilisi Open University)

"Special Prize" - Ani Mateshvili (Caucasus University)

By decision of the competition organizers and the jury, the winners will receive East Point Gift Cards and Certificates as a gift.
