Today, on April 28, 2022, Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University hosted another very interesting webinar.

Webinar's hair was: ,,Scope of Freedom of Expression and the Practice of Common Courts".

The webinar was chaired by the invited speaker Giorgi Gogiashvili - Judge of the Supreme Court of Georgia

At the webinar, the speaker spoke on important topics such as:

• Freedom of speech, thought, conscience, religion, and belief;

• Thoughts and facts,

• Evaluation scale;

• Proportionality test;

• Legal grounds for interference in the protected area.

After the lecture part of the meeting, the speaker answered the questions.
