From March 5 of current year two Master’s program students of Tourism Management of the Catholic University of Ingolstadt (Germany) are attending the study course at Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University.
German Masters will undergo study course under the Georgian professors’ supervision, which includes:
Sustainable Tourism Destination Management: Sustainable Destination Development; ETIS – European Tourism Indicator System for Evaluation of Destination Sustainability (Professor Maia Ukleba), Cross-Cultural Business Communication: Dimensions of Cross Cultural Communication; International Competence in Interpersonal Communication(Professor Inga Diakonidze) and New Media and Society: Mass Communication as whole System; New Media and Impact on Society(Professor Marine Vekua).
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University and Catholic University of Ingolstadt last year in February.
The memorandum envisages the exchange of students and academic personnel, implementation of joint research projects, organizing joint scientific and academic conferences and summer schools.
German students will stay in GTUNI for six months.
