On April 21, 2023, Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University hosted the participants of the certificate training "HR and Marketing in Modern Companies".

The training was conducted by:

Sofiko Tevdoradze: GTUNI vice-rector in the direction of the educational process, professor;

Nino Bakradze: Founder of Professional Development Training Center, Assistant Professor of GTUNI.

The following issues were discussed during the meeting:

• HR components, modern management, and transformation of challenges into opportunities;

• 20 golden rules of HR;

• The role and specificity of marketing for modern companies;

• Formation of the company's marketing strategy;

• Marketing environment, segmentation, and determination of target segment;

• Modern marketing techniques, methods, and communications.

After the training, the participants were given certificates.
