Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University and Gudauri Tourism Association signed a contract of collaboration today, February 7, 2022.

The purpose of the memorandum is to: realize an individual's intellectual, creative, and professional potential; improve the quality of higher education; promote the professional training of graduate students in the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences; and provide students with practical learning experience. To encourage the development of their sectoral expertise and to train appropriately qualified personnel to fulfill labor market demands.

The memorandum envisions a professional internship for final-year tourism students at the Gudauri Tourism Association, as well as the recruitment of a mentor and the specification of the intern's responsibilities. The University offers free consultations and training courses for Gudauri Tourism Association workers, as well as their participation in university conferences and other activities.

Professor Giorgi Matiashvili, Rector of Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University, and Zurab Burduli, Director of Gudauri Tourism Association, signed the memorandum.
