The Georgian Public Broadcaster, a partner organization, invited the students of Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University of Journalism and Professor Marine Vekua, the program's director, to attend the conference titled "Constructive News" today, on November 18.
Ulrik Haagerup, the founder of the Danish Construction Institute and the author of the book "Construction News," served as the conference's chair.
The conference's goal was to introduce representatives of the partner organization to the constructive journalism techniques that the Public Broadcaster of Georgia has been employing in its daily operations for a while.
Attending such conferences is a fantastic way for journalism students to learn more about their future field.
