On February 22, 2018, Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University (Tbilisi, Georgia) and Klaipeda University (Lithuania).

The aim of the memorandum is to support the development of academic cooperation between these two universities.

The memorandum of mutual cooperation envisages the joint conferences, trainings, students and professors-teachers exchange, as well as joint participation in research programs and grant projects, other mutually beneficial and mutual agreed activities implementation.
