Professor Edisher Futkaradze of the International University of Georgia participated in the conference held in thecity of Batumi on June 23–25, 2023, which was arranged by the BSU and the International Organization of Public Law.

A paper titled "Some Current Issues of Criminal Law Policy" was presented at the conference.

This work presents the impact of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches on the state's criminal law policy. The interconnection of science, international organizations, and foreign criminal laws is also given due consideration.
