Today on March 2, 2018, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University and Tbilisi Court of Appeal.

Within the memorandum, Tbilisi Court of Appeal is obliged to allocate the meeting halls with material-technical basis to conduct simulated trials by university students; Provides analysis of cases prepared by the higher education institution in the electronic library and deliver their corresponding case to the judges; Facilitate and organize practices for Bachelor’s Degree Law students and etc.

On the other hand Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University is obliged to cooperating with the court on the problematic legal issues in judicial practice, for executing the function of a court friend; Ensures public lectures in the court by their own academic personnel about the current legal or organizational competence; the court officials provide access to the existing internal database of the existing literature in the university; It also provides information to the court about public education activities planned in the university and others.
