From the 4^th of May till the 11^th of May 2012, 76 third year bachelor students of the law department at the Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University have been provided with the outdoor practical trainings at the tax payers’ service centre of the revenue service agency at the Ministry of Finance.

The students will get acquainted with the forms of services, provided to tax payers. Particularly, they will get familiarized with the issues on tax declaration, VAT payers’ registration, cash register machine formalities, regulations on tax disputes, the ways and norms of hearing a case, etc.

The students of the law department were told about the simple procedures, which have been adopted at the revenue services. The seminar has also referred to advising, consultation and other ways of free services delivered to payers.

Within the seminar the students will be provided with an opportunity to study the programs for registering tax payers, ID Cards and in case of tax liabilities – electronic programs for filing mortgage, sequestration and incrassation.

Such outdoor trainings provide the students with the basis for acquiring respective practical skills apart from the theoretical knowledge through academic process.

The outdoor practical seminar is aimed at the optimization of the supreme education system in our country, to meet the requirements stated by the Bologna Process, adopt the forms and methods of European education.
