Joint projects of Georgian First Channel and the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) continue.

From May 7 this year, the Public Broadcaster and the Regional Academy of the European Broadcasting Union will hold a series of trainings at the Regional Training Center on the basis of the First Channel. Armenian and Azerbaijani journalists will be present in the sessions along with the journalists of the public channel.

This year, media students will be involved for the first time in a joint project of the First Channel and the EBU, in which they will attend trainings and gain significant experience.

This time, due to the pandemic, European media trainers will conduct sessions remotely.

Ten students majoring in journalism at Guram Tavartkiladze University will take part in the project.
