On 22 -28th of April, 2016 was held the annual international conference in Poland entitled "Arbitration and Mediation in Theory and Practice”. The conference was attended by the representatives of the world's leading arbitration and mediation institutions, lawyers and experts. The conference was hosted by the Polish Chamber of Arbitration - Court of at the Nowy Tomyśl Chamber of Commerce.
Nikoloz Pitskhelauri, Assistant Professor of the Law Faculty of Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University delivered a speech at the conference.
His conference theme was: "Arbitration decision recognition and enforcement related issues.” Parallel to the Conference Nikoloz Pitskhelauri was elected abovementioned arbitration international arbitrator.
During the conference was held business negotiations with foreign colleagues, representatives of higher education institutions, the legal profession, Lawyers; An interesting projects have been planned. Negotiations are underway with leading European universities on implementing exchange programs.
At the same time, students will be given the opportunity to participate in various competitions or events, undergo practice in Poland’s largest arbitration institution.
