Ministry of Correction and Legal Assistance of Georgia

Guram Tavartkilade Teaching University – The place, where I grew up as a professional and developed as an independent person. This is the university, where I felt myself home right from the start. Amicability of academic staff, rectors and each of the personnel towards students, well-furnished infrastructure, high quality education focused on practical training, lectures and sessions, workshops held in terms of international programs - all these make the Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University valuable and competitive all over Georgia.

I am happy to have been an excellent bachelor student of this university and a scholarship winner of Guram Tavartkiladze’s scholarship for four years. I was even assisted for my first employment by the university. At present, I am proud and glad to continue my master’s degree at the GTTU.

Practical seminar – in the Public Registry

21 December 2010
On December 14-20, 2010 a practical seminar for the second year students of the faculty of business administration of GTTU was held in the Public Registry of Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

The students, in the format of training topic – “legal regulation of business” took a practical course about rules and procedures of business registration and “one stop shop” service for the citizens. Such seminars are very effective and fruitful for students to learn the state and tax registration of commercial and non-commercial entities.

This question has become more acute since its publication in the World Bank’s reports. According to these data Georgia is the second in the World in introducing such kind of reforms.

We hope such kind of trainings will be systematic in Ministry of Justice as well as in other state agencies and will increase our students’ activity and motivation.
