On November 9, 2017 representatives of the Economic Policy Expert Center Freibrich Naumann, Vepkhia Giorgadze and Ivane Chkhaidze delivered a public lecture for the Business Faculty and Social Sciences Faculty students of Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University.

The theme of the lecture was "Economic Freedom - The possibilities of using assets liquidity in business development ".
