A public talk titled "Trust Based Team" was conducted at GuramTavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University on December 2, 2021.

Lasha Davitadze, the Head of the Military Strategy and Force Planning Division of the J-5 Strategic Planning Department of the Ministry of Defense's General Staff, gave the presentation.

Since 1999, Vice-Colonel Lasha Davitadze has served in the Georgian Defense Forces.

He took part in the 2008 conflict and served as a battalion commander in the NATO-led "Strong Support Mission" in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
