Exclusive news! On November 13, 2024, a delegation from Tung Wah College (TWC) of Hong Kong visited Georgian International University GIU. The owner of the university, President of the Board of Directors of China International Education Group – Kuang Zengzhong, arrived in Georgia specifically for the aforementioned event and established a scholarship for students in the frames of an unprecedented offer of the exchange program between TWC and GIU.
TWC delegation with the leadership of President Sally Chan visited GIU. The delegation was hosted by GIU’s representatives led by President Kuang Zengzhong and Rector of GIU, Professor Eliso Elisashvili.
The parties discussed the comprehensive opportunities of future cooperation in educational, research, cultural and other domains.
TWC delegation also held a meeting with GIU students. The delegation gave a presentation on advantages of studying, academic programs and diverse student life of TWC. At the end of this meeting, President Kuang Zengzhong and President Sally Chan announced a wonderful news to students: the scholarship which was allocated for GIU and TWC students by President Kuang Zengzhong.
