On March 21, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Georgian International University GIU and Karlshochschule International University.

The MOU was signed in Karlsruhe, Germany by GIU’s Rector, Eli Elisashvili and the President of Karlshochschule International University, Robert Lepenies. Under this MOU, the two universities will collaborate in multiple areas.

It includes student and staff exchange programs as well as joint implementation of various educational, cultural, and research projects.
