On June 10, 2024, Georgian International University GIU has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Korean Nanum Foundation in Sakartvelo (KNFS).
Within the framework of the aforementioned MOU, GIU will be responsible for organizing the scientific-research activities, relevant to the interests of the KNFS and for the involvement of its students in various events important for the Republic of Korea (seminar, workshop, training, etc.). KNFS itself will assist GIU’s students to better study the aspects of Korean language and culture and at the same time, it will be actively involved in the processes of developing new academic programs at the university.
The MOU was signed by the Chancellor of Georgian International University GIU, Associate Professor Eli Elisashvili and the Founder and Director of Korean Nanum Foundation in Sakartvelo, Mr. Changdong Kim
