On May 30 to June 6, 2015 2^nd Criminal Law Reforms Congress was held in Istanbul, Turkey.

About 40 participants from different countries made reports and the material was released in two volumes.

Professor of Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University. Law Faculty, Edisher Putkaradze participated in this congress. The topic of his report was ‘Rechtsregelung der Strafe und Rechtspraxis in Georgien’.

The participants were awarded certificates and two volumes of congress materials.
