On June 5, the training was held for the administrative and academic staff of the Georgian International University GIU on the topic of "fire safety".

The speaker talked about fire safety measures; factors influencing the occurrence of fire, types of fire classification, preventive measures and protection mechanisms.

He focused on the maintenance of buildings and warehouses as well as on fire protection systems, mechanisms and evacuation forms.

After the theoretical part of the training, the speaker answered the questions.

In the end, a practical demonstration of fire extinguisher use was organized in the yard of the university.

The training was led by the trainer, Mr. Nugzar Meladze.
