Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University and Turiba University (Riga, Latvia) have signed a memorandum of understanding.

The memorandum envisages cooperation in the field of education and research.

Under the memorandum, it will be possible to exchange students and professors; Organizing joint international conferences, seminars and symposia, as well as participating in these scientific forums; Providing technical assistance to each other and more.
