A memorandum of understanding has been signed by Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University and the Higher School of Security and Economics (Bulgaria, Plovdiv).

Under the Memorandum, students, academic staff, and staff will be able to participate in exchange programs and projects; implement joint educational-research cooperation and cultural activities; and organize and participate in conferences, seminars, symposia, short-term academic programs, and academic meetings.

The memorandum also stipulates the exchange of research, teaching materials, publications, and academic information, as well as the supervision of student papers and participation in their review, as well as the planning and execution of various activities.
