Today, on April 15, 2022, Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University organized another interesting master class called "Product Management".

The master class was led by an invited speaker: Vakhtang Ghuladze - Commercial Director of Tegeta Motors.

The speaker referred to such important topics as:

• Supply chain and its professions: who plays what role (brand manager, procurement manager, logistician, customs relations specialist, inventory and accounting specialist, warehouseman);

• How the product reaches the end-user (product selection, order creation, transportation, product receipt and pricing, network launch);

• Order analysis (profitability and turnover ratios) and follow-up decisions;

• A practical example of order creation.

After completing the theoretical part of the meeting, the speaker answered the questions.
